MGM3636E-52Q product is high-performance L1-band GNSS receiver (also known as GNSS mouse) that are capable of tracking all global civil navigation systems (GPS, GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO, QZSS). The GNSS mouse wil acquire L1 signals at a time while providing the better position accuracy. It can provide user with fast Time-To-First-Fix, superior sensitivity and low power consumption. Its far-reaching capability meets the sensitivity requirements of car navigation as well as other location-based applications. Its superior cold-start sensitivity allows it to acquire, track, and get position fix autonomously in difficult weak signal environment. Its superior tracking sensitivity allows continuous position coverage in nearly all outdoor application environments. The module supports hybrid ephemeris prediction to achieve faster cold start. One is self-generated ephemeris prediction (called EASY) that is no need of both network assistance and host CPU’s intervention. This is valid for up to 3 days and updates automatically from time to time when GNSS module is powered on and satellites are available. The other is server-generated ephemeris prediction (called EPO) that gets from an internet server. This is valid for up to 14 days. Both ephemeris predictions are stored in the on-board flash memory and perform a cold start time less than 15 seconds. The faster GNSS fixes make it possible to use accurate positioning and navigation services anytime and anywhere with a smaller power budget than previously possible. Available in a cost-optimized version as well as a low-power version which supports for the Adaptive Low Power (ALP) feature in fitness and normal navigation modes.

LS2303x-UDG series products are complete GNSS receivers based on the proven technology. The series products are embedded with LOCOSYS MC-1612-DG module, 3D accelerometer and 3D gyroscope, as well as dead reckoning software. They can provide dead reckoning navigation without any odometer connection. The extended Kalman filter algorithm combines GNSS and MEMS sensor data with a weighting function that relies on GNSS signal quality. In poor signal reception and multipath environments, position errors are reduced by dead reckoning. The series products can simultaneously acquire and track multiple satellite constellations that include GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, QZSS and SBAS. Besides, they feature high sensitivity, low power, and provide user the superior performance. The far-reaching capability meets the sensitivity requirements of car navigation as well as other location-based applications.

They will detect if there is an odometer connection or vehicle speed input, and then automatically operate in ADR or UDR mode. Both raw data of the inertial sensors and vehicle’s altitude including pitch, roll and heading angles are outputted for the driver behavior analysis. For example, the internet connected vehicles can automatically send emergency calls (i.e. E-Call) for help based on the vehicle’s altitude.
